About the training
IOSH Managing Safely® is designed for managers and supervisors in any sector, and any organisation worldwide. They won’t suddenly become safety experts – but they’ll get up-to-speed on the practical actions they need to take and gain the knowledge and tools to tackle the safety and health issues they’re responsible for.
Our Trainers are ex-HSE inspectors, and they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of many sectors of industry including construction, engineering, events, healthcare, manufacturing, and public services.

– Assessing risks
– Controlling risks
– Understanding responsibilities
– Investigating incidents
– Measuring performance
The training and assessment takes place over 22 hours (either 4 days online or 3 days face to face).
Successful delegates are awarded an IOSH Managing Safely® certificate.
